Repairs are covered under a limited lifetime warranty. This warranty covers only defects with the components installed by Swift Fix and is voided if the device shows any signs of physical damage after being repaired. This includes, but is not limited to, cracks, dents, or bending of the frame or screen. Water-damaged devices are not covered under any warranty, whether the water damage was present before or after the repair.
CPO devices are covered under a limited 90-day warranty. This warranty covers any defect with the device as it was sold. The warranty will be void if the device has been disassembled, repaired, or tampered with in any capacity after the sale, or if the device shows any signs of physical damage, misuse, or water damage.
Purchased items or devices can be returned only in the same condition as they were sold for up to 14 days after the date of sale; however, a 20% restocking fee will apply. Devices must be free from any signs of use, damage, or alteration. Original packaging and accessories must also be returned in their original condition.

Battery Warranty: Batteries installed are covered under a limited 90-day warranty for defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or issues caused by improper use or charging practices.
Abandoned Devices: Equipment not picked up and/or not paid for after Forty-Five (45) calendar days will become sole property of Swift Fix.
Software and Data Disclaimer: Swift Fix is not responsible for any data loss, software corruption, or malfunction occurring during or after the repair process. Customers are encouraged to back up their data before repair.
Diagnosis Fee: If a device is inspected or diagnosed and no fault is found or the customer decides not to proceed with a repair, a diagnosis fee may be charged.
